Good news… We do our own underwriting!! No lengthy approval process like working with a bank. We have lots of room to move one way or another so all of our programs and criteria are flexible to fit your project needs. We have a lot of ways we can get a real estate project funded, sometimes even with no cash down payment. Just some of what we can offer... we have purchase / rehab/ flip programs for 10% and 20% down, no money down programs using cross collateral, and refinances with or without cash out, as well as construction loans.
